This policy (the “Privacy Policy” or “Policy”) sets forth our information collection and use practices for data collected on this website or any other Hyperion website or online service that links to this Policy (each a “Site”). Collection of Information
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Information you voluntarily provide to us, including:
- contact details, such as name, email address, phone number, company with whom you work, and other related details;
- if you apply to work for us, any personal information included in a résumé or other information you submit to us, such as your name, contact details, work experience, education, background, skills, references, and so forth; and
- correspondence and any other information you submit to us when you contact us.
- Information we collect automatically from the device(s) and browser(s) you use when you visit the Site, such as device type, Internet protocol (IP) address, device identifiers, and other unique personal or online identifiers, time zone setting and location, browser type and version, browser plug in types and versions, operating system and platform, Internet service provider, pages that you visit before and after using the Site, date and time of your visit, and information about the links you click and pages you view. We also may process data collected on the Site (or that we otherwise may collect) in deidentified form. When we process such data, we take reasonable measures to ensure that the data cannot be associated with a particular individual, and maintain and use the data in deidentified form. Deidentified data is not subject to this Privacy Policy.
Disclosure of Information
We may disclose information we collect for the abovementioned purposes with the following categories of parties:
- our affiliates, for the purposes described above;
- service providers, agents, and contractors that assist us in administering the Site and in providing our products and services to you;
- in response to legal process or when we believe in good faith that the law requires it (for example, in response to a court order, subpoena or a law enforcement agency’s request);

We do not sell your personal information to third parties or share it with them for targeted advertising, though we may allow third parties to collect information on our website for the purposes described above.
Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies
When you use the Site, we and our third party partners use cookies, pixel tags, local storage, and other similar technologies (collectively, “cookies”) to collect information from your browser or device.
The following types of cookies are used on the Site:
- Essential cookies – These cookies enable you to use our Site and certain features on the Site. Disabling them may prevent you from using certain parts of the Site. These cookies also help keep the Site safe and secure.

Do-Not-Track Signals and Similar Mechanisms. Some mobile and web browsers transmit “do-not-track” signals. Because of differences in how web browsers incorporate and activate this feature, it is not always clear whether users intend for these signals to be transmitted, or whether they even are aware of them. We currently do not take action in response to these signals.
Links to Third-Party Websites
The Site may include links that connect to third-party websites. Hyperion has no control over these linked sites or their content. Your use of such sites will be subject their terms of use and privacy policies, so be sure to read them before using such sites or transmitting any information to such sites.
Measures Taken to Secure Your Data
Hyperion follows generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us. No method of electronic storage, however, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially reasonable means to protect any personal information you submit through the Sites, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
Retention of Personal Information
We personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, and thereafter as necessary to comply with applicable law or contractual obligations.
Transfers of Personal Information
The hosting facilities for our website and operations are located in the United States. By providing us your data, you understand the data will be processed and stored in the U.S.
Your Choices Regarding How We Use and Disclose Your Information
Under applicable law you may have the right to request access to your personal information, to have your personal information corrected or deleted, or restrict our processing of your personal information, as well as to data portability. Your rights may be subject to various limitations, exceptions, or exemptions under applicable law.

Children Under the Age of 13
Our Sites are not intended for children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, please do not use the Site or provide any information to us. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information.
