Rob brings nearly three decades of experience leading legal, compliance, and business development functions for multi-national public and private companies. Over his career, he has served as General Counsel and in senior executive roles. Prior to joining Hyperion DeFi, Rob held senior executive leadership roles at Las Vegas Sands where he managed that company’s global expansion, oversaw global regulatory compliance programs, and directed significant litigation matters in U.S. and international jurisdictions. Rob is a graduate of Washington University in St. Louis and Case Western Reserve University.
